At the Ultimate Ayurveda health center in Auckland, our senior practitioner Dr. Priya Punjabi (BAMS) is motivated to help you with your health goals. It starts with formally introducing you to the natural principles of Ayurveda; an internationally accepted ancient science, dating back to the time of the Indus Valley civilization, about 5,000 BCE.

In today’s time, the traditional medicinal system of Ayurveda is heavily practiced throughout the Indian subcontinent, and was brought to the Western world in 1960s. Helping to improve and maintain your health through the teachings of Ayurveda is the vision and mission of the Auckland’s Ultimate Ayurveda health center.

Dr. Priya Punjabi’s 30+ years of experience has led to a specialization in natural fertility and skin health, and has culminated in helping hundreds of clients in achieving their health goals. These health goals range from building a family naturally, and supporting in managing various skin problems like psoriasis, vitiligo, eczema.
