MP Foods Ltd was founded in 2009 by Mohinder Singh Nagra, when he first moved to Hastings in the early 2009s from Wanganui with his family. 

MP Foods is Hawke’s Bay biggest Asian market. We source our great grocery products from India, Thailand and Malaysia. We pride ourselves on having the best and biggest variety of Indian groceries. If we don’t have what our customer want, we will do our very best to source it for them.

Some of our products include a wide range of rice, daal, spice, snack/namkeens, tea, coffee, flour, oil, chutney, sauce, curry pastes, dairy, cheese, sweets and much more. We sell most of the Asian product in wholesale and retail.
